Our cuts are sold by boxed weight, approximately 100 lbs., not using hanging weight. You may notice our prices are higher than others; that is because we charge you for the weight you get, not the extra bone and fat that are removed from a hanging product.

What you're asking is how to fit a pig in a box...well it's not a whole pig.

Instead of cutting up a whole pig we do just the most popular cuts. The actual weight ends up being approximately 125 lbs and costs about 20% less than the case price.
