~ Don't Boil your Bratwurst - This tends to take all the moisture and flavor out and put it in your water.

~ Instead of boiling, grill your Bratwurst. This will keep your flavor in the Bratwurst and give them nice color for 'da' guests.

~ If using a grill you can control heat on, use a medium to medium high heat. If the bratwurst heat up too fast the casings will burst and you'll lose juices. You will still have great color and be in before the game starts.

~ Number One tip is to make sure you bring enough Bratwurst for all the people on your team.
