Irish Banger
  Time for an international history lesson.

First of all, over in England and Ireland instead of sausages these are called Bangers. Usually eaten with a breakfast meal Bangers and eggs.

This sausage happens to be Irish in which is why we add bread crumbs to the recipe. During the earlier years of Ireland and the potato famine fresh meat was a hard to come by.

So to substitute for the lack of fresh meat and to fill out the sausage, bread crumbs were added.

To stick with the old world flavor of this Banger then we have added bread crumbs to our recipe. Enjoy!
